Our Story.

In October of 2002, Telco Incorporated purchased the equipment repair, manufacturing assets, and exclusively licensed the intellectual property of the Phoenix based Motorola Manufacturing Solutions Test Equipment organization.  This action allowed Telco who is a diverse value added manufacturer specializing in the manufacture of electrical assemblies and telecommunications equipment to enter the Automatic Test Equipment market. The result is a resilient product portfolio with an unparalleled proven track record of reliability and a low cost to test that has been a standard in the Motorola community for years.  Telco has also continued to improve and extend field support and service to the MiST, MiSTEC, PFT, and DTS test platforms installed worldwide. 

In September of 2003, Telco completed the asset purchase of Applied Systems of Tempe Arizona.  With that acquisition, Telco acquired a value added engineering service organization. Applied enjoyed a long relationship with Motorola Manufacturing Systems (MMS) as the prime contractor for MMS test systems engineering, design, manufacturing, and support.  With the acquisition of Applied, Telco strengthened their ability to provide comprehensive design, development and prototype services.

In February of 2004, Telco and The Levison Company completed a major financial investment round. The completion of that round now enables Telco to fund additional research and development efforts and launch a suite of new and improved products with new innovative capabilities.

From the result of this recent action, Telco's existing customers and new customers alike can now enjoy an excellent position with technology, resources, and innovative products  to aggressively pursue new business.

Telco continues to introduce new technology with the same low cost to test that is the hallmark of the former Motorola Manufacturing Systems portfolio.
